・Most of the items displayed on my page were/will be purchased from designers’ directly managed stores/boutiques or officially authorized dealers, but some items could be purchased from shops regarded as parallel imports (it is authentic though). I guarantee all of them are authentic, brand-new, and unused.

・I normally process and dispatch orders during my main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am till 7:00 pm JST (with the exception of Japanese public holidays). The in-stock and ready to ship merchandise will be ready for dispatch normally 2-7 business days after the order is placed. Deliveries are normally handled by DHL.

・Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

・Items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses,

・Before placing your order, please note that in compliance with BUYMA’s transaction policie and due to the nature of buying from the shop after the order is placed, we basically do not accept changes, cancellations, or returns/exchanges of products due to the customers' personal preferences, such as differences in image or size. Hence please be sure of the items and size you're purchasing. If you have ordered by mistake, please let us know immediately.

・The images of the products on my pages are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that colors and textures may vary slightly from the product image depending on the lighting conditions and viewing environment.

・Import duties, taxes and customs are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Depending on your location you may be subject to customs and import duties on your order which are your responsibility. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you have questions about these charges, please contact your local customs office.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up -please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
