I would like the question about the product before a purchase procedure. About a notice of arrival If a product arrives, I would like a notice of arrival. When there are some kind of problems with a product, please contact me once before arriving, and notifying you. I cope quickly.
The package was blocked by DHL and customs. I have to drive to customs in Aschersleben (50 km there and back). In addition, I had to pay 76 EUR customs and input VAT. I didn't calculate that. Therefore i was not amused.
