Y's and TOYO Tailor collaboration brings you a Sukajan collection.

Emphasizing on "Made in Japan," every aspect of Sukajan, including overseas production, is meticulously crafted to replicate vintage Sukajan down to the finest details.

Using traditional flat knitting machines, wool ribbing is individually crafted. Zippers are recreated using machines that are over 50 years old, mimicking the handcrafted bends of the past. Capturing the delicacy of authentic vintage details is a hallmark of "Y's - SUKAJAN."

Intricately embroidered motifs showcased through lateral embroidery. Achieving a vintage-like finish by fine-tuning acetate fabric weaving.

Embroidery presented in three off-white hues with a refreshing color palette. Striking skull motif and an intricately embroidered dragon on a black background draw inspiration from vintage patterns carefully chosen by Y's from TOYO Tailor's collection, much like the first edition.

A collaboration piece created under the "港商レーベル" (Port Business Label), representing a special edition that meticulously recreates select pieces from TOYO Tailor's collection. Attached is a label reminiscent of "KOSHO & CO. 港商商会," TOYO Tailor's predecessor. "TOYO Tailor," which evolved from "KOSHO & CO. 港商商会," has spent over half a century continuing the tradition of souvenir jackets. Serving as the original Sukajan, it carries forward the cultural legacy of the jacket.

This delicately recreated piece is a homage to its origins. Using the same pigments from that era, there may be variations, fading, and discoloration due to sun exposure. Additionally, the zippers were refurbished and reactivated specifically for this product, mirroring the specifications of over 50-year-old zippers. These zippers are a developing technology compared to current ones, and they demand careful handling due to their delicacy.T4
